Sigurd Fencing （以下简称「本应用」） 由 南京市行者无疆信息科技有限公司（以下简称“行者无疆”、“我们”）开发并运营。本应用是一款面向击剑比赛与训练场景的专业计分应用，用于连接击剑设备、记录得分、支持裁判模式与远程控制，以及设备固件与应用更新。我们重视并保护您的隐私。本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储与保护与您使用本应用相关的信息，以及您享有的权利。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读本政策；使用即表示您同意本政策所述内容。
1 我们收集的信息
我们仅为实现本APP核心服务功能，收集必要的信息与数据，具体如下：
1.1 为实现功能所必要的信息
为实现计分、更新与设备连接等功能，我们可能收集或使用以下信息：
设备标识在您检查应用更新、进行固件升级及升级结果上报时使用，用于识别设备并完成版本检查与状态上报（成功/失败），其中 Android 使用设备 ID、iOS 使用与供应商相关的标识符。
应用版本号在检查更新与固件升级请求时使用，用于判断是否有新版本及兼容性。
语言偏好仅在您设备本地保存，用于显示您选择的语言（中文/英文）。
蓝牙相关数据用于发现、配对、连接击剑设备并接收得分数据，仅在本地处理，不用于识别个人身份。
击剑设备信息（如设备名称、设备 ID、电量、固件版本、阈值等）在连接与比赛过程中用于计分与设备管理，仅在本地使用。
1.2 运行与故障排查相关
与运行与故障排查相关时，我们可能涉及以下信息：错误与异常信息在应用或蓝牙等发生异常时，会通过 服务收集错误标题、描述、操作上下文及可选的设备信息，用于排查问题、改进应用稳定性。本地日志由应用在您设备本地按日期保存（约保留 7 天），仅当您通过「问题反馈」等功能主动导出并分享时，日志才会离开您的设备。
1.3 您主动提供或产生的信息
- 相机与扫码：若您使用「扫描设备二维码」功能，我们会使用相机权限以识别设备二维码，图像仅在本地处理，不会上传。
- 使用说明页面：应用内「使用说明」通过内嵌网页（WebView）加载，该网页若由我们提供，其访问与数据受其自身说明约束；若为第三方页面，则适用该第三方的隐私政策。
- 分享与存储：若您使用「问题反馈」导出并分享日志，或使用系统分享、文件选择等功能，数据将由您选择的接收方或应用处理，我们不会主动收集您分享对象或内容。
2 权限与使用说明
为提供计分、设备连接与更新等功能，本应用可能申请或使用以下权限：
蓝牙用于扫描、连接击剑设备并接收得分数据。
位置（仅部分 Android 版本）在部分系统上为蓝牙扫描所需，由系统要求授予；我们不会用其进行地理位置追踪。相机用于扫描设备二维码以快速绑定或识别设备。
本地网络（如 iOS）用于设备发现与配置等本地通信。
存储/安装用于下载并安装应用更新包（如 APK）。
相册（如 iOS）在功能涉及选择或保存图片时使用。您可在系统设置中关闭上述权限，关闭后相关功能可能无法使用（如无法连接蓝牙设备或扫描二维码），但不影响您查看已保存的语言等本地设置。
3 信息的共享、转移与公开披露
3.1 信息共享（极少、必要原则）
为运行 OTA 升级、错误监控等，我们可能将设备标识、版本号、错误信息等必要数据提供给相应服务商，其处理受合同与政策约束。
3.2 信息转移
发生公司合并、分立、资产转让等情况时，我们会要求接收方继续受到本政策约束。

我们不会公开披露您的信息，除非：

4.1 存储地点
我们收集的用户个人信息及宠物相关数据，将存储在中国大陆境内的合规云服务器（如阿里云、腾讯云）；若您为境外用户，相关数据可能跨境传输至您所在地区的服务器，跨境传输将严格遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《促进和规范数据跨境流动规定》及《GDPR》等相关法规要求，确保数据传输安全，不包含个人信息或重要数据的跨境传输将按规定免予申报安全评估。

4.2 存储期限
我们将在实现本协议约定的服务目的所必需的最短期限内存储您的信息与数据：
- 本地存储：语言偏好、本地日志等仅保存在您的设备上，我们不会主动将上述数据同步到服务器。
- 设备标识与上报数据：用于 OTA 与版本检查、升级状态上报的数据，按业务与合规需要保留必要期限。
- 错误数据：错误与异常信息发送至我们使用的服务，保留期限遵循该服务及我们的数据保留政策。
- 日志：设备本地日志按日期保留约 7 天，过期后可在本地自动清理；您导出的日志由您自行决定保留或删除。
4.3 存储安全
我们采用符合行业标准的安全技术及管理措施:

- 对敏感数据采用加密或脱敏
- 访问控制、多重身份认证

5 未成年人保护
本应用主要面向击剑运动使用场景。若您所在地区将未满一定年龄视为儿童/未成年人，我们不会故意收集其个人信息。若您认为我们收集了儿童信息，请通过下文联系方式告知，我们将尽快删除。
6 国际用户
如您在欧盟地区，我们遵守 GDPR 要求，包括合法使用、同意管理、数据导出与删除权。

Sigurd Fencing (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is developed and operated by Nanjing Infiwalker Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Infiwalker" or "we"). This App is a professional scoring application for fencing competitions and training, used to connect fencing equipment, record scores, support referee modes and remote control, and manage firmware and application updates. We value and protect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. Please read it carefully; use of the App indicates agreement to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to implement core service functions:
1.1 Necessary Functional Information
Device Identifiers: Used for checking updates and reporting firmware upgrade status (Android uses Device ID; iOS uses vendor-related identifiers).
Application Version: Used to determine compatibility and update availability.
Language Preference: Saved only locally on your device to display Chinese or English.
Bluetooth Data: Used for discovering and connecting to fencing equipment; processed locally and not used for personal identification.
Fencing Equipment Info: Includes device name, ID, battery level, firmware version, and thresholds; used locally for scoring and management.
1.2 Operation and Troubleshooting
Error and Exception Data: Collects error titles, descriptions, and operational context to improve stability.
Local Logs: Saved locally for approximately 7 days; only leave the device if you choose to share them via "Feedback".
1.3 User-Provided or Generated Information
Camera and Scanning: Used to recognize device QR codes; images are processed locally and not uploaded.
Instructions Page: Loaded via WebView; subject to the privacy policy of the page provider.
Sharing and Storage: Data shared via system functions or "Feedback" is handled by your chosen recipient; we do not actively collect this content.
2. Permissions and Usage
The App may request the following permissions:
Bluetooth: For scanning and connecting to fencing equipment.
Location: Required by some Android versions for Bluetooth scanning; not used for tracking.
Camera: For scanning device QR codes.
Local Network: For device discovery and configuration (e.g., iOS).
Storage/Installation: For downloading and installing app updates (e.g., APKs).
Photos: Used when selecting or saving images (e.g., iOS).
Note: Disabling permissions may limit functionality but will not affect local settings like language.
3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
Sharing: Necessary data (identifiers, version numbers) may be shared with service providers for OTA updates or error monitoring under contract.
Transfer: In the event of a merger or asset transfer, we will require the successor to uphold this policy.
Disclosure: We do not publicly disclose information unless required by law, government investigation, or with your explicit consent.
4. How We Store and Protect Information
4.1 Storage Location
Personal information and pet-related data collected are stored on compliant cloud servers in Mainland China (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud). For international users, data may be transferred to servers in your region following strict compliance with laws like the PIPL (China) and GDPR to ensure security. Data centers will comply with GDPR/CCPA standards.
4.2 Storage Period
Information is stored for the shortest period necessary to achieve the service purposes:
- Local Storage: Language preferences and logs are saved only on your device and are not actively synced to our servers.
- OTA/Reporting Data: Retained for the period necessary for business and compliance needs.
- Error Data: Retained according to the policies of the services we use.
- Logs: Local logs are kept for approximately 7 days and cleared automatically; exported logs are managed by you.
4.3 Storage Security and Measures
We use industry-standard security technologies, including:
- Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Encryption or de-identification of sensitive data.
- Access controls, multi-factor authentication, and security audits.
5. Protection of Minors
This App is primarily intended for fencing scenarios. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children/minors as defined by your local laws. If you believe we have collected such info, please contact us for immediate deletion.
6. International Users
- EU: We comply with GDPR requirements, including lawful use, consent management, and rights to data export/deletion.
- USA: We comply with CCPA/CPRA regarding data transparency, the right to opt-out of sales, access, and deletion.
