请您在使用 Peatura 产品与服务前,仔细阅读并充分理解本隐私政策。您点击“同意”或实际使用本服务,即视为您已接受本协议的约束。若您不同意本协议内容,请勿使用本APP及相关服务。
1 我们收集的信息
我们仅为实现本APP及智能项圈的核心服务功能,收集必要的信息与数据,具体如下:
1.1 用户个人信息
- 账号注册信息:当您注册本APP账号时,我们可能收集您的手机号码(用于账号验证、登录及消息通知);若您选择第三方账号(如苹果ID、Google账号等)登录,我们将获取您授权的第三方账号公开信息(如昵称、头像),用于账号身份识别,不会额外收集其他信息。
- 设备与网络信息:为实现设备绑定、网络配置及服务稳定性保障,我们会收集您的设备信息(如设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符(IMEI等)、蓝牙MAC地址、WiFi MAC地址)、网络信息(如IP地址、网络类型、WiFi名称)。其中,WiFi密码仅用于设备网络配置,配置完成后立即加密销毁,不存储。
- 位置信息(可选):若您开启设备定位权限,我们可能收集您的粗略位置信息,用于优化设备网络配置体验(如推荐附近可用的2.4G WiFi),您可随时在设备或APP中关闭定位权限,不影响核心服务使用。
1.2 宠物相关数据
通过智能项圈传感器及音频采集模块,我们会收集宠物行为数据(进食、喝水、走路、奔跑、跳跃等)、声音数据(气喘、打喷嚏等)及互动数据(历史会话)。
收集上述数据的目的为:实现宠物行为分析、拟人话主动发声、宠物健康状态初步监测及服务优化,不会用于其他无关用途。
1.3 日志信息
在您使用本服务过程中,我们会自动记录相关日志信息,包括但不限于APP使用时长、功能操作记录、设备配对及网络配置日志、错误日志等,用于排查故障、优化服务性能及用户体验。
1.4信息收集的方式
- 用户主动提供:如账号注册时输入手机号码、配置WiFi时输入密码、开启定位/蓝牙权限等。
- 设备自动采集:通过本APP及配套智能项圈,在您授权权限后(如蓝牙权限、麦克风权限、定位权限),自动采集设备信息、宠物相关数据及日志信息。
- 第三方授权获取:如第三方账号登录时,从第三方平台获取您授权的公开信息。
2 我们如何使用信息
我们会将信息用于下列目的:
- 提供核心功能:设备连接、数据展示、宠物行为分析与健康摘要
- 提供个性化建议:喂养建议、行为模式分析、健康风险提示
- 设备管理:固件升级、异常提醒、设备状态监测
- 客户支持:故障排查、售后服务
- 推送通知:行为提醒、健康状态变化、订阅管理
- 服务优化:算法模型训练、统计分析(仅匿名化 / 去标识化数据)
- 履行法律义务:账单、审计、安全合规要求
我们不会将您的信息用于任何未在本政策中列明的目的,除非事先征得您的同意。
3 信息的共享、转移与公开披露
3.1 信息共享(极少、必要原则)
我们可能将部分信息与以下主体共享:
- 云服务提供商(如数据库、对象存储、消息推送供应商)
- 支付服务提供商(用于处理交易,不包含您的完整金融信息)
共享数据只会以实现功能为目的,并依照数据最小化原则。

4.1 存储地点
我们收集的用户个人信息及宠物相关数据,将存储在中国大陆境内的合规云服务器(如阿里云、腾讯云);若您为境外用户,相关数据可能跨境传输至您所在地区的服务器,跨境传输将严格遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《促进和规范数据跨境流动规定》及《GDPR》等相关法规要求,确保数据传输安全,不包含个人信息或重要数据的跨境传输将按规定免予申报安全评估。
- 数据存储在 中国境内服务器 或符合 GDPR/CCPA 的数据中心
- 信息仅在为实现服务目的所需期间内保存
- 当您注销账号后,我们将删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息(法律法规另有要求的除外)
4.2 存储期限
我们将在实现本协议约定的服务目的所必需的最短期限内存储您的信息与数据:
- 用户个人信息:在您的账号存续期间持续存储,若您注销账号,我们将在账号注销完成后15个工作日内,对您的个人信息进行彻底删除或匿名化处理。
- 宠物相关数据:存储期限为1年,逾期将自动匿名化处理(保留数据统计特征,无法关联至具体用户及宠物),您可在APP内手动删除历史数据。
- 日志信息:存储期限不超过6个月,逾期自动删除。
4.3 存储安全
我们采用符合行业标准的安全技术及管理措施,保障信息与数据的安全,包括但不限于数据加密(传输及存储加密)、访问权限控制、安全审计、防火墙隔离等,防止信息被未授权访问、泄露、篡改或损坏。我们定期对安全措施进行升级优化,提升数据保护能力,但请您知晓,任何网络传输及数据存储方式都无法完全保证绝对安全,您需妥善保管账号及设备信息,避免信息泄露。

5 您的权利
您对自己的个人信息及宠物相关数据享有以下权利,我们将为您提供便捷的行使路径:
- 访问与查询权:您可在APP“我的”中,查询您的账号信息、宠物历史数据、权限设置等内容。
- 更正权:若您发现账号信息(如昵称、头像)有误,可在APP内直接修改;若对宠物数据有异议,可联系我们客服申请核查更正。
- 删除权:您可在APP内手动删除宠物历史数据,或联系客服申请删除部分个人信息(如手机号码需注销账号后同步删除)。
- 账号注销权:您可在APP“我的-账号管理”中申请注销账号,账号注销后,我们将按本协议3.2条约定删除或匿名化处理您的所有信息与数据,注销后无法恢复。
- 权限管理权:您可在设备系统设置(如iOS设置、安卓设置)或APP内,随时开启或关闭蓝牙、麦克风、定位等权限,关闭权限后可能影响部分功能使用,但不影响核心服务。

6 第三方服务
Peatura 可能包含第三方 SDK 或服务(如推送、账户登录、支付等)。
这些第三方会依据其隐私政策处理您的信息,请您阅读其政策。
7 未成年人保护
Peatura 的用户群体主要为成年宠物主人。若您未满 18 岁,请在监护人同意后使用本服务。
8 国际用户
如您在欧盟地区,我们遵守 GDPR 要求,包括合法使用、同意管理、数据导出与删除权。
如您在美国,我们遵守 CCPA/CPRA 关于数据透明、拒绝出售、访问与删除的要求。
9 本隐私政策的更新
为了适应法律法规及业务变化,我们可能更新本政策。
在重要变更时,我们会通过 App 通知或弹窗提醒您。

Peatura is developed and operated by Nanjing Walk Without Boundaries Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Walk Without Boundaries" or "we"). We fully recognize the importance of users' personal information and pet-related data, and are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect your information.
Please carefully read and fully understand this Privacy Policy before using Peatura's products and services. By clicking "Agree" or actually using this service, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the content of this Agreement, please do not use this APP and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect necessary information and data to realize the core service functions of this APP and the smart collar, as detailed below:
1.1 User Personal Information
- Account Registration Information: When you register an account for this APP, we may collect your mobile phone number (for account verification, login and message notifications). If you choose to log in with a third-party account (such as Apple ID, Google Account, etc.), we will obtain the public information of the third-party account authorized by you (such as nickname, avatar) for account identity verification, and will not collect additional information.
- Device and Network Information: To achieve device binding, network configuration and service stability assurance, we will collect your device information (such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (IMEI, etc.), Bluetooth MAC address, WiFi MAC address) and network information (such as IP address, network type, WiFi name). Among them, the WiFi password is only used for device network configuration, and will be encrypted and destroyed immediately after configuration is completed, without being stored.
- Location Information (Optional): If you enable the device location permission, we may collect your rough location information to optimize the device network configuration experience (such as recommending available 2.4G WiFi nearby). You can turn off the location permission in the device or APP at any time without affecting the use of core services.
1.2 Pet-related Data
Through the sensors and audio collection module of the smart collar, we will collect pet behavior data (eating, drinking, walking, running, jumping, etc.), sound data (wheezing, sneezing, etc.) and interaction data (historical sessions).
The purposes of collecting the above data are: to realize pet behavior analysis, anthropomorphic active sound generation, preliminary monitoring of pet health status and service optimization, and it will not be used for other irrelevant purposes.
1.3 Log Information
When you use this service, we will automatically record relevant log information, including but not limited to APP usage duration, function operation records, device pairing and network configuration logs, error logs, etc., which are used for troubleshooting, optimizing service performance and user experience.
1.4 Methods of Information Collection
- Active Provision by Users: Such as entering mobile phone number during account registration, entering password during WiFi configuration, enabling location/Bluetooth permission, etc.
- Automatic Collection by Devices: Through this APP and the supporting smart collar, after you authorize permissions (such as Bluetooth permission, microphone permission, location permission), device information, pet-related data and log information are automatically collected.
- Obtained through Third-party Authorization: Such as obtaining public information authorized by you from third-party platforms when logging in with third-party accounts.
2. How We Use Information
We will use the information for the following purposes:
- Provide core functions: device connection, data display, pet behavior analysis and health summary
- Provide personalized recommendations: feeding suggestions, behavior pattern analysis, health risk reminders
- Device management: firmware upgrade, abnormal reminders, device status monitoring
- Customer support: troubleshooting, after-sales service
- Push notifications: behavior reminders, health status changes, subscription management
- Service optimization: algorithm model training, statistical analysis (only anonymized/ de-identified data)
- Fulfill legal obligations: billing, auditing, security compliance requirements
We will not use your information for any purpose not listed in this Policy unless we obtain your prior consent.
3. Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Information
3.1 Information Sharing (Principle of Minimality and Necessity)
We may share part of the information with the following entities:
- Cloud service providers (such as database, object storage, message push suppliers)
- Payment service providers (for processing transactions, excluding your complete financial information)
Shared data will only be used for the purpose of realizing functions and in accordance with the principle of data minimization.
Before sharing, we will ensure that third parties comply with strict security and confidentiality obligations.
3.2 Information Transfer
In the event of company merger, division, asset transfer and other situations, we will require the recipient to continue to be bound by this Policy.
3.3 Public Disclosure of Information
We will not publicly disclose your information unless:
- We have obtained your explicit consent
- Based on legal requirements and the investigation needs of government authorities
4. How We Store and Protect Information
4.1 Storage Location
The user personal information and pet-related data collected by us will be stored on compliant cloud servers in mainland China (such as Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud). If you are an overseas user, relevant data may be transmitted cross-border to servers in your region. Cross-border transmission will strictly comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on Promoting and Regulating the Cross-border Flow of Data and the GDPR, so as to ensure the security of data transmission. Cross-border transmission that does not involve personal information or important data will be exempted from security assessment declaration in accordance with regulations.
- Data is stored on servers in China or data centers compliant with GDPR/CCPA
- Information is only retained for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the service
- When you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations)
4.2 Storage Period
We will store your information and data for the shortest period necessary to achieve the service purposes agreed in this Agreement:
- User Personal Information: Stored continuously during the existence of your account. If you cancel your account, we will completely delete or anonymize your personal information within 15 working days after the account cancellation is completed.
- Pet-related Data: The storage period is 1 year, and it will be automatically anonymized after the expiration (data statistical characteristics are retained, which cannot be associated with specific users and pets). You can manually delete historical data in the APP.
- Log Information: The storage period shall not exceed 6 months, and will be automatically deleted after the expiration.
4.3 Storage Security
We adopt industry-standard security technologies and management measures to ensure the security of information and data, including but not limited to data encryption (transmission and storage encryption), access permission control, security audit, firewall isolation, etc., to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering or damage to information. We regularly upgrade and optimize security measures to improve data protection capabilities. However, please understand that no network transmission or data storage method can completely guarantee absolute security. You need to properly keep your account and device information to avoid information leakage.
4.4 Security Measures
- Adopt encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypt or desensitize sensitive data
- Access control and multi-factor authentication
- Security audit and anomaly detection
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights to your personal information and pet-related data, and we will provide you with convenient channels to exercise these rights:
- Right to Access and Query: You can query your account information, pet historical data, permission settings and other content in the "My" section of the APP.
- Right to Correction: If you find that your account information (such as nickname, avatar) is incorrect, you can modify it directly in the APP; if you have any objection to pet data, you can contact our customer service to apply for verification and correction.
- Right to Deletion: You can manually delete pet historical data in the APP, or contact customer service to apply for deletion of part of your personal information (such as mobile phone number, which will be deleted synchronously after account cancellation).
- Right to Account Cancellation: You can apply for account cancellation in "My - Account Management" of the APP. After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize all your information and data in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2 of this Agreement, which cannot be recovered after cancellation.
- Right to Permission Management: You can enable or disable permissions such as Bluetooth, microphone and location at any time in the device system settings (such as iOS settings, Android settings) or the APP. Disabling permissions may affect the use of some functions, but will not affect core services.
If you need to exercise the above rights or have any questions about information processing, you can contact us through the contact information in this Agreement, and we will reply to and handle your request within 15 working days.
6. Third-party Services
Peatura may contain third-party SDKs or services (such as push notifications, account login, payment, etc.).
These third parties will process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies, please read their policies carefully.
7. Protection of Minors
The main user group of Peatura is adult pet owners. If you are under 18 years old, please use this service with the consent of your guardian.
8. International Users
If you are in the EU region, we comply with GDPR requirements, including lawful use, consent management, data export and deletion rights.
If you are in the United States, we comply with CCPA/CPRA requirements regarding data transparency, opt-out of sale, access and deletion.
9. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to adapt to changes in laws, regulations and business needs.
In case of important changes, we will remind you through App notifications or pop-ups.
